We provide snow removal services to the West Island area of Montreal, including Baie-D'Urfe, Beaconsfield, Dorval, Kirkland, Pointe-Claire, Senneville and Ste. Anne de Bellevue.

We service both residential, multi-tenants and commercial properties, ensuring that driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other critical areas are clear of snow and ice. (When the weather necessitates, we provide a service for ice prevention.)

Our customer service team is reachable during snow operations from 7AM and until the fleet returns to ensure timely and efficient snow removal for all our clients.

The snow removal contract starts on November 1st and ends on April 1st.

After April 1st, plowing operations will be carried out at the Contractor's discretion based on snow accumulations.

Yes, any additional accumulation of snow beyond 275 cm will incur a surcharge based on a rate per cm proportionate to the agreed service price.

Snow removal will be performed after an accumulation of 5 cm or more. For snowfalls between 3.5-5 cm, services will be rendered at the end of the snow event, at the Contractor’s discretion.

No, sanding, salting, de-icing, and hand shoveling are not included unless specified and are the Customer's responsibility.

Yes, residential driveway salting is available at an additional per visit cost, dispatched at the Contractor’s discretion.

The alert system is used for the final pass of the tractor or at the Contractor's discretion (only between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). It is not used during active city operations.

Participation is voluntary and must be reactivated every season by the Customer. The customer can opt out at any time.

Snow will be blown from the driveway to any area close by within the same property. The Customer must provide an adequate space for piling snow. (Any damage caused to fences, unprotected shrubs/ grass/ borders, objects in designated areas are not the Contractor's responsibility.)

The Customer should ensure no articles or objects are left in or near the designated snow removal area or blowing zone to avoid damage to equipment and hazards.

Issues must be reported to the office within 24 hours after the final pass. A tractor will be dispatched at the Contractor's discretion.

The Contractor is not responsible for damages caused to articles left in the snow removal area or property arising from invisibility due to snow coverage.

Accidents or incidents should be reported through the online customer support centre within 24 hours. The Contractor will inform the Customer about the procedure to follow.

The Contractor must be informed of gravel driveways prior to the first snowfall. The Contractor is not responsible for gravel blown onto lawn areas or damages arising from gravel.

The Contractor reserves the right to skip slippery or unsalted driveways and will clear them only when conditions improve. (Salting is the responsibility of home owners.)

These are a separate contract, to be requested through customer service.

Walkway services, if included, will be dispatched after 5 cm of snow accumulation or once the majority of snow has fallen. (We will still take walkway contracts after December 1st, but cannot guarantee immediate service during live snow operations.)

The first payment is non-refundable if the contract is canceled before December 1st at any time for any reason.

Yes, a $50.00 fee applies to transfer services to another address once pickets are installed and for cheques returned N.S.F.
