1. On-Site Consultation
We’ll meet at your property to map out your project. Tell us how you’d like your outdoor space to look and function and we’ll take plenty of notes. After assessing the site and identifying key challenges and opportunities, we’ll begin developing a concept plan that reflects your goals.
2. Design Development
After listening carefully to your goals, our in-house design team gets to work turning your ideas into a clear, functional plan. We combine creativity with practical expertise to make the most of your property and budget, ensuring every element blends seamlessly. The result is a design that feels uniquely yours—crafted to deliver long-term value and an outdoor space you’ll enjoy for years to come.
3. Concept Plan Presentation
Once the concept plan is ready, we’ll sit down to review the key features together. Your feedback is essential here—the more input you share, the more refined and aligned the final design will be with your vision.
4. Final Landscape Plan
We’ll present the final plan, including project details, construction costs, and any necessary phasing if the build will happen in stages. This is where your full vision becomes real—clearly mapped and ready to execute.

Once you approve the final plan and construction contract, we’ll get to work behind the scenes. That includes sourcing materials, finalizing logistics, and securing any required permits so everything is ready to go.

When the work is complete and your property has been cleaned, we’ll walk the site with you to review every detail with you. We’ll go over care instructions for your new landscape and answer any questions. If you’re interested in ongoing maintenance, we’ll gladly connect you with our maintenance team.
